Bad service by Desire at crown mines kiosk

Ive been a client of over 4 yrs, i went to courier guy crown mines kiosk, i needed plastics for packaging my parcels as usual, never been charged for it, Desire is the manager there insist i must pay for those plastics. Ive never felt so degraded as a client who uses their services on daily basis, i already pay for my courier service why should i be charged. Im not happy at all with the service there at crown mines and he was very rude and arrogant about it. His customer service is very pathetic.
