Bad service by company

I had a very bad experience with the Komatipoort branch.On Friday 27/01/22 10:30 I sent a package to Ngodwana and was told it will be delivered the same day.On Monday afternoon receiver didnt receive package yet,phone call center tell me will be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday.Wednesday receiver didnt receive package yet,phone again no we made a mistake instead of sending it to Nelspruit we sent it to Johannesburg.Up to today receiver still waiting for package.Were never explained to also that their is economy and over night postage available.
