BAD SERVICE BY A RUDE DELIVERY PERSON

This morning 16.03.20 a driver/delivery guy from the company called THE COURIER GUY came to my office @ Constantia Park and was extremely rude to one of our Managers who tried to help him. How are you rude to a person who opens the door for you, are nice to you and who are helpful? Needless to say, I did not receive my parcel as he decided to just leave when this manager came to call me. I am so disappointed in the service that I received this time around from this company. THIS DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR
