Bad service bu Pudo

I requested the Pudo courier company to come pick up a parcel at my place and courier it to the locker at Tembisa(door to locker) but they never showed and i ended up taking the parcel my self as it was very urgent. The requested day was Saturday and apparently they dont work on weekend but that they dont mention on their website they promised to reimburse my money but till today (2months) I haven't got my money back.
