BAD Service beyond believe

You don't even deserve 1 star.... An order that was sent to us more than 3 weeks ago was received by Courier Guy and sent incorrectly to East London (They have confirmed this) - from there the box is missing

From there no-one know where the box went to We have spoken to Managers, Accounts, Claims and emailed to and fro for 3 weeks now and they keep having us send the claim form in again and again

No-one communicated with no-one and they just don't resolve the issue

The service is terrible and we use them all the time, and this how they treat good customers

Beware, it seems their staff can take your parcels and they do nothing about it
