Bad Service at The courier guy east london depot! No Customer service to certain Races

GOOD DAY

I want to lay a formal complaint against East london depo, I am a small business owner with my husband, this our bread and butter.

Since I started using Pudo courier guy its only been a struggle. 1st the guy coming to collect my parcels were taking his own time to come and collect, sometimes even 2 days after my bookings. I went to the depo about 3 weeks ago to buy small pudo boxes, I wanted 30 but there was only 20 in stock, I took then as I in urgent need of boxes, I then phoned them last week wanting the price of the xs pudo boxes, the guy that answered the phone said that its been discontinued, I then phoned my husband to tell him , he then told me it cannot be discontinued as there was xs boxes when we were the 3 weeks ago, I then phoned again and spoke to the coloured lady in front at reception . she then told me its not discontinued and she has in stock, my husband then went there, he wanted 30 boxes, there was only 20 in stock, everytime he goes to the depo it costs his more that R100 with a bolt. He then asked the lady when will she have stock again, her answer next month. Now tell me how can a courier company only receive stock of boxes next month yet it’s a courier company?????? Please do explain that to me. Is my money not as good as other certain race groups??? As a mentioned this is my bread and butter.

The 16th of Sept i changed from door to locker from locker to locker, it was my first time using the lockers, I then accidently put 2 parcels into one locker. I then got a message this morning stating that I have a pending deposit, which is the parcel I have put together with the other parcel, after whatsapping courier guy a lady phoned me and she checked on the system there is a parcel showing east London hub depo, so we assumed it is the 2 packages that was put into one locker, no I want to know, I have customers waiting for those packages, not once has east London depo phoned me to ask what happened of why is there 2 parcels in one locker, why?????????????????? Must the parcels just lay there???? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!

The lady from courier guy escalated it to the depo, until now no reply!!!! So what must I do now???? And how will I sent my parcels if there is no boxes??
