Bad service at the Courier Guy at Preller Bloemfontein.

The Courier Guy at Preller - Bloemfontein. This is not my first bad experience with the Courier Guy Preller. I agree with the other reviewers that the staff are unprofessional and rude. It seems to be a punishment for them to do what they are paid for. They further do not answer the phone. We made use of them to collect a parcel. We were informed on Monday during the day that the parcel may be collected. On Tuesday before 09:30, we received a call again and were told that they will send it back if we did not collect our parcel before 15:00 on Tuesday. Apparently, our parcel has been there since Friday but no one thought it important to inform us. Now they make threats of returning our parcel.
