Bad service at The Courier Guy

They do not follow precidures when doing a pick up. Took them 3 days to do pickup, putting my company at risk to loose money. No answer at any of there Bloemfontein based offices or depots.Will never use or recommend them to anyone. It is sad they used to be very good and reliable.
