Bad service as always

Every time they need to deliver something there's always an issue. I really don't understand why AMAZON sells broken things or even use this useless courier they are just the worst. Never taking they job serious, I am returning something that is broken and was told on the 21st Friday that it will be collected today. Now someone that has babalaz and is from courier guy doesn't want to work. Can someone at courier guy do they job. Because i need that thing collected today. They put their contract number on the space of my contract number so that they can say they didn't get hold of me and its not the first time this happens. Its a monthly thing it's only 9am dor them to say they cannot get hold of me. I want that thing gone ref number ***8
