Bad service and *****ing customers items with the claim they are hijacked

I called to trace my delivery only to be helped by a rude guy ,just becuase i said im in soweto he just said the driver has been hijacked,and this its not the 1st time such was said by them.They ***** our things and make it as uf their hijacked .I work from home and receive sfaff all the time from different courier company.THEY ARE CORN ARTISTS AND I WANT PARCEL.
