bad service and robbing people with their fees

<p>Hi registered with courier guy after I sow their advertising on the website about courier fees from R40...</p> <p> </p> <p>I dd everything online.paid as requested...they said in 24 hours my account would be active...but I had to call numerous times to get my account active after 24 hours, since I left my other courier company to use thier services..now my business was stuck thanks to them and there not so helpful consultant called Johan ********** ) this guy he hardly answers his phone,and wen he does he does not sound helpful at all...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>So after I paid and struggled to activate my account I asked about getting someone to come assist me on how to do quotes online...no one Has came till today..the service is very bad and it's making my business bad..</p>
