BAD service and not delivery!

I dropped a parcel off at Jackal Creek PUDO box, waybill number LOCK311380 on the 5th of November. The locker didn't want to close to I tried calling the number on the locker to no avail, I had to what's up the people for help.

I spoke to Vanessa who helped me on the day to get the parcel into the locker and they locked it from their side, and said they will sort this out. Up to today my tracker on my phone says that my parcel has not yet been deposited, and my dad hasn't received his parcel. HELP!
