BAD SERVICE AND NON THE WISER

I am not one easy to complain as hiccups can happen. My parcel has been floating between Jhb and Rustenburg hub since the 22nd June. I have been phoning non-stop, from 30th in the queue to being cut off more than once. Promises were made and not kept. Up to date, the 6th July, I am non the wiser. I promised my best fried whose 1st grandchild is on the way that I will supply the biscuits for Wednesday the 8th, but that will not happen. I have received parcels from The Biscuit Studio more than once and always within 2 - 3 days. This is totally Courier Guys fault!!!!! Very disappointed.
