Bad Service and no follow through on promises.

I have had 3 issues with the courier guy below:<br> 1. First collection paid for overnight delivery, next day received a call stating we need to pay a discrepancy in weight but parcel is in cape town ready for release if payment is made immediately. Payment was made and I then called to have parcel released so I could collect. I was then told the parcel is still in Johannesburg and it would be delivered the next day. The next day/Friday nothing arrived and I could only collect the parcel the Sunday delaying us 3 days on a job as well as one box being damaged.2. Second delivery booked for collection 15 December and paid for to be delivered before Friday the 18th December. Failed to collect parcel on the 15 and only collected on the 17th, parcel was then attempted via airfreight so it could be delivered on time. one box dropped and damaged in airport terminal spilling the contents of 2 cans and the other 2 can retained. Parcel failed to arrive on Friday the 18th. This in turn cost us money for time book at spray booth which we are not refunded. the parcels then only arrived Monday the 21st December. I was told we would be able to claim fr the damaged goods.3rd delivery goods damaged agai
