Bad service and no collection of overnight parcel

Booked a overnight delivery yesterday morning at 9h52. Parcel still has not been collected and the lady called Bulewa tells.me "Good day 👋 Welcome to The Courier Guy! My name is Bulelwa and I’m here to assist you today. Kindly be advised parcel has been assigned for Earliest requested collection Fri, 28 Aug 2026: 08:00 – 17:00"

When I raised a query as to why the parcel was not collected yesterday. That means you pay for a service you donot receive ans the simply just couldn't care. This is not the first time this has happened to me. But I will be looking for a new courier company that is more reliable.
