Bad service and lies

Over a week waiting for my goods from George. Only today got first sms. Was whatsapp ing Elzette and just no reply. Trying to call ever worst. Sent report of how many times they tried to contact us. Been home the whole week. Did not receive any calls. No previous sms. Sent my pin a few days ago to make sure adress is correct. Still no communication. Company I bought goods from at least prepared to help, but till now more than 10 days - nothing
