bad service and lack of responsibility

Mr Alban Willers has sent a numerous e-mails and calls to The courier Guy, since more than 8 weeks ago. On the 20th of Feb at 14h20 he received his goods from Techhut (9ps7tb), the items was put in his garage(by Courier guy), when he unpacked the items, he saw that the one battery box had been dropped. on opening the box he found that the positive terminal had been broken, he contacted Tech hut and the courier guy they promised to follow up. The Courier guy passes the blame onto Techhut and visa versa nothing has been done, need a speedy response to this issue, Mr Willers has been phoning weekly, and they always promise to come back to him and sort the issue out, Please note who ever is at fault it is between the Courier guy and Techhut to sort it out.
