Bad service and communication

i ordered a item from auto styling Klerksdorp on the 16th dec. they rep**** the order will be shipped to me with in 2 days. 2 days later i received the trucking number. to only find out the trucking number was compliantly wrong. the item was going to Capetown well im in JHB. so over the weekend i was trying to contact both parties to try and find out whats happening. back and forth with emails sending my address where is should be going. from Monday the 21st DEC i have been phoning and chasing up on the item. Tuesday the 22nd once again i had to phone and chase up on it. then one of the courier guys told me it has landed in capetown and they will redirect the item back to jhb. i then asked when will i receive it. they said latest Thursdays. but will get back to me... so once again no one got back to me. i phoned on Wednesday the 23rd asking whats the update. they rep**** i will only receive it next week Tuesday 29th. i said that is unacceptable its a my nephew for xmas they must make a plain. getting a call on Thursday 24th DEC saying they did do a over night flight which landed in JHB early morning BUT they have sent it back to Capetown because no one changed the tracking number or new end location. so now iv been told i have no option but to wait inlet next week Tuesday 29th DEC for my deliver. they will only send it back to JHB on Monday 28th DEC.. something that was meant to take 2 days for delivery has now ended up to be a 2 week delivery... well lets see the item has been back and forth it might be damaged...

i have never done a review on anyone but this is unacceptable.. its now hard to say to your only nephew that your xmas gift is still to come
