bad service again

This is the second time that you have wasted my time. my whole day waisted to be told at 16:00 that my parcel will not be delivered as no one was there. bull I was home the whole day. I was told that my parcel will be delivered today and now I am told not acceptable as now I have to waste another day sitting and waiting for your ppl to deliver. your delivery is till 5pm and I was told that the package was returned just past 2pm if they were at my house 1 I would hear the usual person hooting like a maniac not giving you a sec to just get out of the house and 2 they phone when you take 1 min to long and neither happened. this package is important and now I need to explain after telling the recipient it is arriving today. your service has dropped and it is not acceptable, not from the receiver side and I am hoping not from the sender side as well.
