Bad service

Twice now my parcel is being delivered to a wrong address.The excuse was the invoice had a different business name on.My first question is why do I fill out a waybill with the delivery adress this is useless then secondly they tell me where they delivered it too I paid for overnight because I needed the part today this mes you guys made cost me R20000 as my client is leaving sa tonight I'm done with courier guy as they told me I can go fetch it myself or get it delivered tomorrow which is no good to me now it took almost 3hours for them to tell me where they delivered the parcel too.How did they give a parcel to a company without the pin mindblowing
