Bad service

They don’t even deserve a star, my sister makes a living by selling clothes, she has been using their service but this time the unfortunate event happened they claim they were ****** the clothes are scattered, okay fine she brings an invoice but still she’s saying the invoice is invalid, I’m asking them it’s from a Chinese shop what does she expect, now they want colours and sizes , I’m asking where is their waybill they are saying it’s not on the box, the stock costs R4742
