Bad service

Last week Friday I booked a small pudo locker from Fairlands to Mossle Bay, I placed the parcel into the small locker and today the customer recieved an sms and email stating its ready for collection .. Upon arrival he stated he found the box empty and no parcel was placed into it

I have tried to call Courier Guy Mossle Bay numerous times , calls are ignored I have emailed pudo as well and got no reply back as to what happened to my parcel sent down for a customer

Had to refund a customer and still haven't gotten any feedback from courier
