Bad service

My patience is running thin with the service. First various parcels are picked up with fragile stickers and the delivery guy THROWS the parcels in the delivery vehicle. Then a parcel isn't delivered, which was chosen as PRIORITY and it's location was in JHB (only about 40 minutes away from the pick up location) - failed to deliver, I had to make a plan to get A NEW parcel to the receiver because it was a birthday gift for that Saturday. It was suppose to be delivered on a Thursday. They never reattempted delivery on Friday.

When I reached out and asked that the parcel be returned to me and explained that the receiver already got a new parcel because it was for a birthday (and it was suppose to be delivered WAY BEFORE the birthday) I was just told that it's out for delivery and not stress about it. Like my *** was not even fully read and comprehended. I refuse to pay for a return of the parcel if it's needed to return due to bad service delivery.
