Bad service

This is my second incident and honestly not impressed witb the Kyasand Team.

1st someone sent me a parvel for over night however it wasn't delivered on a Thursday, when i called they said Friday and still nothing was delivered, i had to go there at KyaSand to look for my parcel and we had to look for it all over that floor.

Today a parcel was supposed to be delivered using it tomorrow, they called me in the morning around 6.30am to tell me they sending out the driver till now nothing sent out still waiting 17.05pm.

Called in around 3pm they did not answer on their cell number. I called the customer service line the Ops manager tells me they sorry they will dispatch on Momday and I'm telling them i need it today, he tells me there's nothing he can do but they had to deliver today.

Gave them an option that i will send Uber package to collect for me the Ops manager told me i can't they closing at 5pm.
