Bad service

We got a sms to inform us that the parcel will be delivered Monday 10 October 2022. After waiting for half the day only to tell me sory we have the documents but no parcel in the truck. After phoning the Malmesbury depot they said the truck was full and will be delivered tomorrow. And when they spoke to my husband the person he spoke to was a bit rude. We need the parcel for a job tomorrow morning and now they make it our problem. Really bad service
