Bad service

Im expecting an order from shein since last week. I called courier guy they said the order was wrongly delivered in kimberley and that the pallet will be returned on Saturday to Upington then i can go collect. To my surprise on Saturday I get another story about my parcel being back in Joburg im not sure if i should sue them or shein
