Bad Service

I was told to go collect my Parcel at the police station because my delivery address is a high risk area, now I have to travel to go collect my parcel...but why was that not communicated to me in advance? I also found out about this information because I called them, if not I wouldn't have gotten my parcel. Their communication is very bad.
