Bad service

Phalaborwa branch 2019/12/23 Resieved my parcel......in an open state.....It was delivered to the wrong address by courier guy......and they opened my parcel.when I queried about my parcel that was not delivered by courier guy,it was then only when they realised that it was wrongfully delivered at another address. they then retrieved my parcel from that address.while the person(courier guy) was walking into the courier facility.some of the contents of my parcel was falling on the floor......The only excuse that they gave me was sorry...(with an attitude). And explaining to me that he used his time and fuel to fetch my parcel at the wrong address(company car)...... apparently a child signed for the parcel at that particular address(which is another consern.how can that be allowed). The full amount of my parcel was not accounted for....(missing contents).
