Bad service

The drivers don’t deliver your parcel and claim that they called me while I had my phone with me the whole time waiting for it. I was surprised to receive an email with a screenshot claiming that they called me but when I tell them that I don’t have a missed call or an sms on my phone. The consultant was also rude. I had a terrible experience with the courier guy.
