Bad service

One of the worst experiences I've had with a guy from The Courier Guy... he definitely give a bad image to such a good courier company. He didn't want to give out his name but his number is ***.

I was expecting a delivery from him today but he called asking for the direction to my place, of which they had on their system already and as I was giving it to him, he then said he had left already and that I'd get my delivery following day being tomorrow. Unprofessional if you ask me.
