Bad service

I sent 6 parcels for Port Alfred with the courier guy They arrived in Port Elizabeth on the 18th on the same day they sent 1 parcel to my client in Kenton on sea out of 6 parcels she only received 1 since then I've been calling Port Elizabeth Branch and Port Alfred branch with no luck until today

Today ( 25 May 2020) I spoke with the floor Manager Denver he told me that he saw on the footage that all those 6 parcels was sent to Post Alfred i should do a follow up with Sibongile from Port Alfred she told me that they haven't received those 5 parcels there

The courier Guy I need answers infact I need my clients 5 parcels that is worth R8000 to be Delivered to her
