Bad service

I gave them a correct address to deliver and they went ahead and delivered at the incorrect address. I received a call from the courier guy saying he is at Belfast emakhazeni and I am at Kriel Ga-nala. I gave out correct address as soon as I saw their notification that the parcel is going out. My worry is that there are fragile items.
