Bad service

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since the 2nd of December to date I still haven’t received my parcel. This is really frustrating. There’s a guy that keeps on telling me that he’s still looking and his communication is wack. Blue ticks me every now and then. I wouldn’t recommend this courier to anyone nxa.
