Bad service

They did not inform me that my parcel would be arriving on that day and I was at work, while I was trying to find someone to go and recieve the parcel the driver got very angry with me and started being rude then decided to just leave with my parcel without telling me that he is leaving, my mother had to run after him while he was driving away I called the courier guy in Newcastle to report that I was not happy with this they said they will talk to the driver and get back to me im still waiting for them to get back to me its been 7 weeks now
