Bad service

Today I suppressed to get my parcel from the Courier guy company and the guy who was supposed to deliver just told me that he can not deliver to my area because it's in the rurals I don't understand the meaning of that because it doesn't make sense of how do they take parcels for places that they do not deliver to and the worst part they sent me an email saying that my parcel is not delivered because I don't stay in town I should provide them with an address within 24 hours or else my parcel will be sent back to the sender... I'm so angry with this kind of bad service
