BAD SERVICE

Very disappointed in a courier that I've been using for years & the last 3 deliveries were so bad. First of all when you call in they say a parcel will take 2days 2days passed than on the website (tracker) it says delivered - Called in NO they made a mistake on the website okay cool whatever than just let me know than, sent an email customer service told me NO they delivered the parcel to the wrong address. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE. When you phone in everyone sounds so unprofessional and there's no one that can help you with answers not even the operational manager. I've been using courier guy for years but the 3 last deliveries I had was TERRIBLE ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE. Customer service also they don't know what's going on , on the system or around them. Very disappointed . aaai
