Bad service

Today I received a whatsapp text from them to say my parcel will be delivered today , towards COB I started calling them to find out where my package is the agent placed me on hold and said his contacting the driver and after holding for a while I was assured that the package will be delivered at 18H00 to my surprise I then received an email stating that the delivery has been rescheduled and when I called them.i was told the operations manager has knocked off and there is nothing they can , their services are very bad
