Bad service

I received a notification that my parcel was out for delivery on the 28th of April, I waited all day, even contacted them on their whatsapp line, but the person who answered could only tell me that delivery can be anytime between 8 and 5pm. 5pm came and went, no communication from their end. I only see that parcel was returned to hub at 13h56 (before 5pm). Today the 2nd of May 2023, I again receive a delivery notification, no delivery attempt is made again, and parcel is again returned to hub at 14h47 (this is before 5pm). What must happen now because it looks like you guys have no intention of making my delivery.
