Bad service

Booked a pickup via mail 7/6/2022 dit not picup at service parts logistics,on the 8 booked again via mail dit not picup,on the 9 th booked again dit not pickup.tracking says (not mine) what does that meen you got the ref no and colectin failed why you had the ref number.made call to the supllier and they tell me it is what The curier guy does get their turn aroud and just do not pickup when the parcel is ready. 4days for a pickup......
