Bad service

Just wanted to share my bad experience with the branch at Majuba Mall Newcastle. The service was so appalling and disgusting. One of the people on duty who was a woman was just unwilling to assit. The place didn’t even have bubble wrap. We were told to remove ourselves from the premises and come back with properly bubble wrapped goods.

The company could do more to train their inconsiderate staff. So we could avoid being treated like animals.

Another company was willing to transport my goods. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
