bad service

I stay cape Town I bought products from footys on the 29th of November black Friday specials, I was told that my parcel was delivered from jhb and arrived cpt on the 02 of December it's at the courier guy warehouse and I was given the tracking number. I tried phoning courier guy company after 3 hours of holding I was told it will be delivered afternoon that was the 6th December but no delivery was made. Phoned the 7th and I was told afternoon still nothing delivered. The lady working at footys also tried phoning the courier guy company and she was also informed that it will be delivered afternoon but still nothing received. I am still waiting for my package... I really don't know what to do now.. Can someone please help me in getting my stuff.
