Bad service

This is the worst service I've ever experienced since buying stuff online. I was supposed to receive my parcel (4C96BW) between 3 and 4 February 2026, but even today I'm still waiting for it. There's no communication, nothing. When I try to call them, they say one of my parcels is missing.
