Bad service

I ordered something a week ago and received a sms from the Courier Guy that the parcel is out for delivery on the 1st of April. I waited the whole day for them. When i tracked the parcel it had a status of "receiver unavailable" . Nobody called me and nobody was here. Friday was a holiday, Saturday came and passed. The cherry on top is that I saw them in our estate on Saturday. Yesterday was a holiday so again no delivery. I cannot believe that i have to wait almost a week for a parcel. I thought couriers are supposed to be quick. The Courier Guy is useless! I won't recommend them at all! Never!
