Bad Service

I am very unhappy with the overall service.

We are a small business that really depend on you to help secure happy clients rather than unhappy and worried!

It is a long time coming.

The first almost year I was very happy.

All of the sudden it has gone down hill. I have to constantly check and ask for statements to point out mistakes! And then my account gets susspended meaning that I can't courier my client's goods for a mistake on your side!!! I get charged crazy amounts that makes no sense!!!!

We will he moving to another company as I cant go on like this.

Credit notes has been waiting to be put through for more than 3 weeks already. And not everything was done!!!

I am very upset.
