Bad service!

We booked a collection via the Kiosk in Newton Park Port ELizabeth. For more than a week promises, promises. It was not the normal straight forward collection I must admit, but the manager, Amoureze, agreed it can be done. We arranged someone (with the same documentation supp**** to The Courier Guy) to collect and it took a few minutes.
