Bad service

The Courier Guy support pudo pick and drop off. I placed a parcel in the pudo box on Wednesday evening before 19H00 as the website told me to do. I have received parcels through them before and I always received the package the morning after. The parcel is still not delivered to the pudo box and I contacted The Courier Guy and asked what was going on just to tell me that it takes 3 to 4 working days which was not mentioned on the website. The lady on the phone told me that she was checking what was happening and then suddenly the line went dead . I had frozen Halloumi cheese in the package. I have just lost R1200 because of them. I am not a happy client
