Bad Service!!!

The Courier Guy Bloemfontein Depot/ warehouse has the worst service ever!

Parcel was sent from Ladybrand to Bloemfontein on Wednesday ( 29/9/2021) for overnight delivery. The parcel was not delivered on (30/9/2021) and nothing was said. Friday ( 1/10/2021) I called the depot only to be given excuses and nobody could give an explanation why was the parcel still lying on the warehouse floor and not delivered.

I called every hour from 11:30 and everyone was telling me “ we will get back to you” which they never did.

Their service is pathetic!!!
