Bad service

REF: COL- ********** 9 Overnight Courier was booked on the 24th of August at 12:47 from Pretoria to Bryanston. Today is the 28th and I am still waiting for delivery. The parcel wasn't even collected. Phoned The Courier Guy this morning to follow up and still waiting for a reply.
