Bad service

This is really bad services The package comes from PE. Paid for over night delivery. Day of delivery comes no show and the I contact them via email and what'sup. The say sorry next day delivery. Get another message say it will be delivered today. Second day. I call them they say it will be today. I call them again and they say they couldn't reach me so they left. Still they are not willing to accommodate me. The address was in strand. So when I called they say they are in Gordonsbay. I ask nicely please come deliver I am at work in Gordonsbay so I am here. No they say. It must go to another driver. Well needless to say I ran out of airtime This is the worst service I have ever had. Mandy
