Bad service

I requested the Courier Guy, to assit with picking up a parcel in Pretoria, and after few days i received an email saying my package was delivered and i must come and collect it. i then went to the courier Guy Tzaneen industrial to collect the package, i only received one box and was then given a reference number for the box that was not received, now I'm being told the box that is missing was not collected from the supplier, but i was given a reference number for the box to prove that the box was collected, now im being told to send video footage of the courier when they where collecting the missing package and I'm being taken from pillar to post, my question is if they did not collect the box how did they generate a reference number for me, i have a reference number that was generated by them and the box is still missing. this is a frustration to me I've sent several pictures of the box without any assistance, the cashier are also rude,
